Pineapple Cookie

I used regular cookie cutter to make the flower shape. The filling was delicious and the cookie dough was so soft and flaky that you have to be careful handling it. I used Lily's recipe to make this cookie, http://lilyng2000.blogspot.com/2006/02/pineapple-tarts.html.

Valentine Pineapple Cookie
